Happy Turkey Day Everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving! Robbie will be 7 months old this weekend and he celebrated his first Thanksgiving a few days ago. We went over to Kent's Brother and Sister-in-law's house. They had some great food after Grandpa Glen gave a very touching and emotional blessing. We have many things to be thankful for. Especially being blessed with such a giving and loving family! We are so glad Grandma and Grandpa Olson were able to share in another Thanksgiving. We are thankful that Grandpa Mears is doing well. Although we didn't get to see the Mears side for this Holiday I did get a chance to talk with everyone. I wasn't able to get a hold of Aunt Sara but did leave a message with her daughter to wish her a very Happy Thanksgiving and let her know how lucky we are that she is recovering well from her Stroke a few weeks ago! Keep up the hard work Aunt Sara...all that Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy will have you home soon! We love you!
Here are a few pictures we took before the festivities. He is growing so quickly and changing so much. He is so much fun! He has 4 teeth in already(2 top and 2 bottom) with another on the way. He is sitting up now (with support) and he is rolling like crazy. He REALLY wants to start scooting or crawling. We are thinking it will happen any day now! Enjoy the pictures.
Starting to wonder what I am doing.....but keeping his composure!
"Mom...come on! Let's go already!"
Look at the frustration on his face....I LOVE THIS ONE!

"Are you done yet?"
We thought it would be a good idea to start wearing a winter hat since we've just started to get a bit more seasonal weather....I got this one from a former co-worker of mine....LOVE IT CINDY, THANKS! Not so sure if our little man likes it as much!

We were having fun with the camera. This was when he turned 6 months old.

Here's another fun shot. So tender. Daddy and his boy...

Happy 1st Halloween Robbie.... 6 months old!

It's been awhile since we have posted any pictures. We finally have something to post...Halloween! Robbie dressed up as an 18 pound cow! :) We dressed him up, and put him in a pile of leaves with our GINORMOUS pumpkin. We ended up carving our pictures and they turned out great. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the weekend. We loved seeing everyone in St. Peter. Hopefully with all the pictures, it was a memorable 1st Halloween for Robbie. Enjoy!

"You can eat these? mmmm"

"Ok mom, no more pictures!!"

All pumpkins carved on the step at Dad's. Do you like our huge pumpkin? It got a lot of laughs Halloween night!

"Um....what's going on Mom??"

HE did NOT like the idea of getting a picture in the BIG pumpkin. Oh well....we tried...sorry Bud!

Apple Orchard October 4, 2009

Although it wasn't the best weather, we decided to head to the apple orchard and pick some apples. I'm looking forward to the smell of apple pie on this chilly fall day. As he gets older, I know he'll love to go pick apples and pumpkins every fall like we do! Here are some of the pictures, enjoy!

The next few pictures are from one of the last few warm days of September. Thank you Auntie Libby for the adorable shirt!

Almost 5 months now....

Robbie has been growing and changing so much in the last month. I thought I would post a bunch of photos to show you how much he has changed. Enjoy!
Getting ready for a shopping trip. He has almost out grown his carseat. We are looking at getting a bigger one for the next stage.

This was taken right after his bath in the sink! He loved it! Look at that big smile...you gotta love it!

Laughing at Daddy!

"Do we really need more bubbles mom?"
A few weekends ago, we went the Rockbend Folk Festival in St. Peter with Stef, Stephen and Audrey. That was such a fun night. Thanks guys! ; Here's a picture of Miss Audrey...so dang adorable!!! Here is a half smile. Everytime she woud smile I would try to catch it with the camera but always missed it!

Here is a shot of Robbie after playing under Audrey's Gym....he was so tired! If you look closely, the monkey is actually touching his face. He fell asleep like that. TOO FUNNY!

Audrey playing Superwoman...ROBBIE laughing hysterically! It was so cute!

Here is a shot of Robbie after eating some sweet potatoes. It's one of his new favorites. He can't get enough of them. Eating is very exciting for him...as you can see he's just chillin' with the legs up. He probably would have eaten a ton more if I would have let him.

After it was all said and done, here's the great "is that I get?" shot.

Finally got the spoon in his mouth...he was trying so hard. You can just see the frustration on his face.

"nope...not the eye...."

"I want it...in my mouth!"

"so what do you do with this thing??"

Robbie will be Five months next week. I'm sure we'll have a lot more pictures to show everyone. With fall here, you all know that I love taking pictures. I'm sure I'll find lots of ways to force the boys to go outside and take some pictures. We're hoping to head to the apple orchard soon! LOVE the Fall!!! Check back for more later!
